Valentine's Day Dinner at Sasi's

February 14th & 15th from 6pm to 9pm.

If you have never experienced one of Roland's world famous Valentine's Day Dinner you will not want to miss this!  Once again Roland has put on his "cooking cap" and come up with a fabulous menu for this event.

Appetizers

Roasted golden beet salad with blue cheese, walnuts and maché lettuce

or

 Rosemary skewered sea scallop on a bed of Niçoise salad

or

Medallions of venison strip loin with mushrooms

Entrees

Tournedo of beef tenderloin with tomato-onion confit

or

Pan roasted fillet of escolar fish on a bed of braised red cabbage-sweet pepper slaw

or

Breast of Muscovy duck, marinated in allspice with a red wine reduction

or

Frenched lamb chop with polenta cake, roasted garlic infused fine-herb sauce

Dessert

White Toblerone chocolate mousse with blood orange sauce

or

Puff pastry “Napoleon” with Grand Marnier cream, raspberries and orange julienne
